Cancellation of any conference registration will be subject to a $45 processing fee. Substitutions will be allowed but must be received prior to November 1, 2016. After this date, any substitutions will be handled on-site at the Summit Registration Desk. Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation letter on-site. Registrations cancelled after October 16, 2016 are non-refundable.
To receive a refund for payment of registration fees, notification must be received in writing to
email@example.com no later than October 16, 2016.
There will be a photographer at this event. Any photos taken at the event may be used for marketing related purposes.
