Amy Enrione is an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Dallas office. Amy serves carriers in redefining their end-to-end customer experience, from best-in-class customer acquisition and UW to the future of claims. She is also the global leader for McKinsey’s engagement with the LGBTQ+ community (nonprofit partnerships, research and publications, and alumni engagement).
Amy has led several initiatives from an E2E transformation in homeowner’s insurance, including revamping underwriting, product structure, marketing and cross-sell, and the customer acquisition journey. Led a P&C carrier in establishing a Transformation Office to meet growth goals. Managed a large insurer through commercial growth-focused bottom-up planning and redefined the go-to-market approach for a key business unit. Amy received her BBA in Business Honors and Management Information Systems, with a minor in Actuarial Science from the University of Texas at Austin
