Brendon has been in the Excess & Surplus industry since 2012 when he joined Burns & Wilcox as an underwriting assistant. After exploring the personal lines, small business and transportation departments he moved to AmWINS Access and its newly formed Personal Lines department in 2014 as an underwriter. Along with helping retail agents navigate the nonstandard marketplace, Brendon works closely with AmWINS Underwriter Development Program, introducing RMI graduates to the industry and helping make them successful.
