Caitlin Rascelles is the National Personal Lines Leader at Brown & Brown. In this role, she collaborates with the national personal lines leadership team to strengthen personal lines capabilities and service offerings, expand carrier relationships and ensure a consistent customer experience that aligns with the organization’s growth objectives.

Before joining the Brown & Brown team, Caitlin was a Senior Vice President of PURE Insurance, where she led a diverse and dynamic team of professionals to promote the growth and profit of thirteen states across the western region of the United States. Before this position, she spent nearly two decades on the carrier side in underwriting, sales and general management roles across multiple disciplines in the commercial and high-net-worth personal lines space in the New York Metro market. These experiences taught Caitlin how to drive growth, collaboration and partnership amongst key stakeholders to transform businesses. She prides herself on being a trusted advisor across various industries, including private banks, family offices, boutique life insurance and art advisory firms.

Caitlin consistently gives 100% of herself to her work and her team, which has led to her earning numerous awards over her career, including Rookie of the Year (The Hartford), Sales Circle of Excellence (Chubb), PRMA Finalist for Emerging Leader Award (PURE) and Personal Lines Partner of the Year (won personally from York International Agency in 2020).
