Chris is responsible for the operations group within Risk Management focusing on process improvement, loss prevention and innovation initiatives, and optimizing field operations. Prior to his current role, he has held member-facing and broker-facing positions including time as a Sales and Marketing Manager and a Member Advocate. Chris joined PURE in 2012 after receiving his BA from Fairfield University.
