Dana Acabbo is the founder and president of Make the Switch Insurance, an independent boutique agency specializing in high-net-worth, collector, and complex personal risk clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, Dana is also a respected insurance educator, speaker, and blogger.

She currently serves as President of the PRMA (Private Risk Management Association) NY Metro Chapter and sits on the board of CarsAndCoffeeEvents.com. Dana previously served on the Hagerty Agent Advisory Board and co-chaired Concorso Ferrari & Friends. She contributes regularly to an insurance blog for  CarsOffline, where she writes about risk, lifestyle, and the intersection of car culture and coverage. In 2021, she was named one of Sports Car Market’s 40 Under 40 for her leadership in the collector car space.

A mother of four and a passionate advocate for workplace wellness, Dana brings authenticity, strategy, and energy to every room whether she’s building brand trust, writing, or speaking on stage.
