With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Felicia has a strong background in leading high-performing teams in sales, distribution, marketing, and corporate communications. Currently overseeing National Broker partnerships at PURE, she focuses on new member growth and market expansion. Felicia also contributes to the PURE Women’s Leadership Council and the PRMA Summit planning committee.

Prior to joining PURE, Felicia spent 20 years launching start-up coastal homeowners’ carriers, specializing in go-to-market strategies, product distribution, and agent alliances. She holds a B.S. from Liberty University.

Outside of work, Felicia resides in Sarasota, FL, with her husband John. She is the President of the Sarasota Athletic Association and has served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County and the Manasota Track Club.
