Chubb
Jason Moreland is the Personal Lines Manager for the Houston Chubb branch covering the greater Houston Metro area and the state of Louisiana. His primary responsibilities are to drive new business growth, develop and implement territory strategy and manage Chubb’s brand within the local marketplace. He is responsible for over 40 independent agency and brokerage relationships. He also works closely with several high-net-worth advisors and consultants to build awareness around Chubb’s expertise and resources that help protect the assets of successful individuals and families.
Prior to joining Chubb as a Sr. Marketing Specialist in 2013, Jason held several positions within a national brokerage firm. He has consulted with affluent individuals and families in Las Vegas, Pittsburgh and Houston regarding their personal risk management and insurance strategies. During his tenure as a broker, he reviewed, acquired, and managed several large, complex accounts, including international properties, large fine art and jewelry collections and unique risks requiring specialized insurance products.
Jason graduated from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance. He also attended Duisburg University where he studied European Economics and EU politics.
Jason has resided in several cities throughout his life, including Alaska, Washington D.C., Seattle, Boston, Honolulu, Budapest, Dusseldorf, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, and Salt Lake City. He currently resides in Klein, TX with his wife and four of his five children. He is a proud grandfather and, apart from his work, he enjoys brewing homemade root beer, playing euro board games, hiking, camping and canoeing with his family. Jason is also very involved with his church and helping his neighbors and local community.
