Kim McDonald-Weybright is Head of Risk Management Services at Private Client Select Insurance Services (PCS), an independent managing general agency that serves high net worth and ultra high net worth markets. PCS was established in July 2023 by American International Group, Inc. (AIG) and Stone Point Capital, LLC.

Mrs. Weybright was formerly VP, Head of Platinum Accounts at AIG Private Client Group. She also serves as the risk manager for many of PCS’s largest and most complex accounts, providing detailed valuation calculations and customized loss prevention solutions. She has over 25 years of extensive field, leadership and insurance experience and has been completing structural valuation, residential loss control and replacement cost evaluations for high end custom homes across the country. Prior to joining AIG Private Client Group, she worked for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies as an appraiser, unit supervisor and technical consultant. While there, she developed an extensive technical understanding of fine home construction, replacement cost valuation and insurance loss mitigation.
