Neha Hannan is Senior Vice President, Head of North America Casualty Claims for Chubb. In this role, Neha leads the Casualty Claims organization that handles primary, excess and umbrella general and automobile liability claims for both commercial and personal lines, as well as environmental, aviation and medical risk claims.
Neha joined Chubb in 2012 as an attorney, providing legal advice to the Claims department on insurance coverage issues across all lines of business, including Casualty, Financial Lines, Property and Accident & Health. Since then, she has held various roles within Chubb Claims, including managing the Casualty Coverage Litigation team and leading the Commercial Direct Handled Casualty Claims team. Prior to joining Chubb, Neha was in private law practice, where she represented insurers in domestic and international insurance coverage disputes.
Neha received her law degree from the University of Notre Dame and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
