As the National Client Experience Leader for Marsh Private Client Services (PCS), Bob has the privilege to work with colleagues across the country who provide clients with actionable risk management advice to protect their extraordinary lifestyles and address their needs in the moments that matter. He is passionate about this purpose and delivering clients an exceptional service experience. 

A graduate of Villanova University, Bob earned his MBA at New York University and successfully completed the Executive Program in Strategic Sales Management at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. For more than ten years, Bob volunteered as a Big Brother to an inner-city teenager with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay. He also served as Chair of the Professional Advisor Committee for the Brookline Community Foundation, sat on the Board of Directors of the Boston Estate Planning Council and was a member of The Boston Foundation Professional Advisors Committee.
