Roly leads a Region-wide Claims Advocacy Team that delivers high quality and efficient claim service to both internal and external clients across a network of branches.
Prior to Gallagher, Roly worked for Chubb in numerous leadership positions both domestic and international. He was a senior claim executive with over 34 years of experience. His career with Chubb consisted of various technical and leadership positions, culminating as the Global Claim Manager for Combined Insurance a Chubb company. Roly started with various Supervisor and Adjuster roles in Work Comp. Prior to assuming the role of Puerto Rico Country Claim Manager, he held the position of New England Work Comp Regional Claim Manager. From Puerto Rico he went on to take the role as Latin America Claim Manager overseeing Chubb, PC claim operations in 7 countries to include MLP and Surety. After Latin America, he returned to the states to lead the team handling Chubb’s Western Territory Complex claims for all Property and Casualty lines of coverage.
