Ross Bowie is the Chief Executive Officer of Private Client Select Insurance Services LLC (PCS), a managing general underwriter serving the high- and ultra-high-net-worth property and casualty market. He joined PCS in February 2024 as President and Chief Risk Officer, where he led efforts to optimize the company’s portfolio and strengthen financial performance, before being named CEO in January 2025.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience in personal and specialty lines, Ross has built a career at the intersection of underwriting discipline, portfolio management, and client-centric innovation. Before joining PCS, he was President and Chief Underwriting Officer at Orchid Insurance, where he oversaw underwriting strategy and product expansion. He previously held senior roles at Bankers Insurance Group as Senior Vice President of Personal Lines and at ASI/Progressive, where he developed expertise in product development, distribution, and risk management.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of St. Thomas.
