Sabrina Ali is the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at PURE Insurance, where she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware and a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Development from NYU. With a strong foundation in HR as a generalist and talent acquisition specialist, Sabrina transitioned into the DEI space and has spent the past five years building out the function at PURE. In her current role, she focuses on creating an environment where every employee feels valued, supported, and connected to a vibrant community that cares about them.
