The Perspective of the Customer

Historically HNW personal insurance client satisfaction has been measured around claim response, pricing and flexible underwriting standards for carriers, while brokers were measured on quality of advice provided, as well as the variety of program offerings presented. However, battered by rising costs and availability of insurance, and having become accustomed to enhanced digital experiences and hyper personalization in other aspects of their lives, clients are challenging these measures.

In this session you will get a different perspective into how clients are viewing their insurance through the lenses of family offices, financial institutions and carriers who have insight into client’s needs, concerns, and wants…so as an industry we can build a playbook on how to communicate and better service the HNW customer.

Threats to Reputational Risk

Threats to reputation are real, impactful, and wide-reaching. A client who has a child in the household has a lot to protect. Specifically, children are susceptible to cyberbullying either as the victim or the aggressor. This presents a special risk to the reputation of the entire family for which the child’s actions, or inaction, reflect upon. This breakout session will provide an overview of the multiple elements creating this perfect storm, discuss if or how personal insurance cover would respond, the wide-ranging impact of a cyberbullying event, and delve into proposed solutions to curb or prevent situations from arising.
