Dale has 35 years of experience working in the insurance industry on the agency side of the business. She has spent most of her career in the high net worth arena, serving the personal insurance needs of successful individuals and families. As COO at PRMS, she is involved in all company initiatives, including client experience, insurance company relationships, growth and sales goals, and talent management. She is often consulted by senior level insurance company executives on innovation and new customer creation. She works with several of the best insurance carriers to customize programs for clients all over the country, and internationally, including some of the largest art collectors in the world and industry moguls. She is dedicated to working with trusted advisors to ensure that their client’s assets are properly protected from unforeseen events.
Dale has a Bachelor’s Degree from Mercy College and a Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) Designation from Wharton.
