Lisa Statton has over 26 year’s Insurance experience with the majority of the experience specializing in Federal Flood Insurance. Lisa has a firm grasp of the flood program today, where it has been and how to navigate it as an insurance agent, including the new Risk Rating 2.0 Rating method.

She began her insurance career with Bankers Insurance Group in St. Petersburg, FL as a Customer Service representative and underwriter within the Flood department. She then progressed to accounting, sales, and IT as a Business Systems Analyst which gave her an understanding of many of the back end and front end processes at work within a large insurance company.

Currently with Wright Flood, Lisa’s duties involve handling a large geographical territory of insurance agents in the southeast and Midwest US. She also services several large National Accounts where she gains exposure to all types of flood risks in all 50 states. She regularly conducts non-CE type flood training classes with her clients via in office hands on training, classroom style training, and webinar training. Lisa also handles Wright Flood’s private flood markets. She has spoken publicly at various events to realtors, builders, property managers, and agents about Federal Flood Insurance.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Leo University and holds her ANFI – Associate in National Flood Insurance designation from FEMA as well as her 220 Insurance License in Florida.
