Lisa Haines serves as a Senior Vice President and Regional Private Client Leader at Brown & Brown. Lisa is responsible for overseeing personal lines growth, strategy, and team development across multiple states including the local leadership of the Brown & Brown of Michigan offices. Her expertise extends not only to fostering the development of her team but also to cultivate strong carrier relationships. Her primary goal is to empower others to make informed decisions about their risk management plans to help protect what they value most.
Lisa is a member of Brown & Brown’s National Personal Lines Leadership Team which consists of six senior personal lines leaders who share a mission based on ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience. In addition to creating a comprehensive national training platform, their objective is to catalyze the organic growth of personal lines insurance solidifying Brown & Brown’s position as industry leaders.
Before joining Brown & Brown, her career spanned over 15 years in the banking and financial services industry. Her tenure involved regional management, strategic executive roles, the cultivation of high-performing sales teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Lisa’s proficiency also extends to the evaluation of market share and profitability.
Lisa is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, minoring in Political Science and securing a Secondary Education Teacher Certification. She is a graduate of the Michigan Banker’s Association Robert Perry School of Banking. She holds the Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor (CPRIA) designation.
Lisa is committed to giving back to her community, volunteering with the National Kidney Foundation and other organizations.
She is currently a member of the Association for Corporate Growth of Detroit.
