General Session The Perspective of the Customer Historically HNW personal insurance client satisfaction has been measured around claim response, pricing and flexible underwriting standards for carriers, while brokers were measured on quality of advice provided, as well as the variety of program offerings presented. However, battered by rising costs and availability of insurance, and having become accustomed to enhanced digital experiences and hyper personalization in other aspects of their lives, clients are challenging these measures.
